Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use esimu.app or buy from us. "We" means FELIS STUDIO LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 15200972). By placing an order you accept these terms and our Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. The service

• We sell data-only eSIM plans for use abroad. They don't include a phone number, calls or SMS.
• Your eSIM is delivered digitally: by email right after payment, and in your account if you have one.
• Network coverage and speed depend on the local partner networks listed on each plan.

3. Your phone

It's your responsibility to check that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before you buy. Our compatible devices list helps, but the final word is your device's settings.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are set in US dollars and shown in the currency you choose, converted with daily exchange rates.
• You pay the amount shown at checkout. That quote is fixed for 30 minutes.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Your bank may add its own fees for paying in another currency.

5. Fair use

Plans are for personal use on one device. You may not resell them, use them for automated traffic or in ways that harm the network. If you do, the local network or we may suspend the eSIM.

6. Wallet credit and gift codes

• Signed-in customers have a wallet. Credit comes from gift codes, referral rewards and refunds you choose to take as credit.
• Wallet credit is held in US dollars and can only be spent on plans on our site.
• It has no cash value: it can't be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred.
• Gift codes are issued only by us. A code may have an expiry date, shown when you redeem it.
• If you delete your account, any remaining balance is lost.

7. Refer & Earn

1. The person you invite gets a discount on their first order, and you earn a share of what they paid as wallet credit. The current percentages are on our Refer & Earn page.
2. The discount is only for new customers who have an account and no previous paid order, including guest orders with the same email.
3. You can't refer yourself. We withhold the reward if the new customer appears to be you (same account, email or card).
4. If the referred order is refunded or charged back, the reward is taken back from your wallet.
5. We can pause or change the program at any time. Rewards you've already earned are not affected.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Your account

Keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. See how account deletion works.

10. Our liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses caused by your device, the local network, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
