Activation and connection
No signal after landing
Usually it's one setting. Go through these in order, waiting a minute after each.
- Turn the eSIM line on in your SIM settings.
- Pick it for mobile data, so your phone doesn't use your home SIM.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line. Your home SIM can stay off roaming.
- Restart the connection: switch Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off, or restart the phone.
- Choose a network by hand: turn off automatic network selection and pick a local network from the list.
Whatever happens, don't delete the eSIM. Each code installs once, so a deleted eSIM can't be added again. Message us instead.
