Slow data speeds
Speeds depend on the local network and where you are. A few checks often help.
- Allow 5G or 4G: make sure your phone isn't set to 3G or a data-saving mode.
- Try another network: turn off automatic network selection and pick a different local network.
- Restart the connection with Airplane Mode or a phone restart.
- Turn off VPNs and Low Data or battery-saving modes for a moment to test.
- Check your data: see what's left in My eSIMs.
Indoors, underground and in remote areas the signal is weaker on any network. If it stays slow everywhere, tell us where you are.
