Installing your eSIM
My QR code didn't arrive
We email your eSIM a few minutes after payment, once it's ready. If it isn't there, try these steps.
- Check spam and promotions, and search your inbox for “eSIM”.
- Check the address: we send it to the email you entered at checkout.
- Signed in? Open My eSIMs and tap Install for the same QR code and codes.
The email also has the codes as text, in case your mail app blocks images. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Message us with the email you used and we'll resend it.
